Physical Features
The caps of DC Mac mushrooms are stumpy and large. They remain tightly closed and cling closely to the stem, similar to PE’s distinct cap structure. The caps have a pale to yellowish-brown hue, which can deepen as the mushroom matures or is dried.
The stems are robust and thick, somewhat stubby. This sturdiness contributes to their overall large and dense appearance.
